how to place the rebar ON sloped beam
DEAR ALL MASTER,
NICE TO MEET YOU~ I AM A BASIC USER ON REVIT. PLEASE TEACH ME HOW TO PLACE THE REBAR ON SLOPED BEAM. NORMALLY, REVIT STRUCTURE IS PLACED parallel ALONG PLANAR. BUT IT IS A SLOPED BEAM LIKE AS THIS PDF. SECTION A IS 300X300, SECTION B IS 300X600. HOW TO PLACE REBAR? I NEED CREATE MORE SECTION VIEW @150mm TO MAKE VARIES HEIGHT REBAR.............THX
Re: how to place the rebar ON sloped beam
Model the rebar horizontally and then rotate it to match the slope, you must be viewing the beam in elevation to rotate. Ligs need to be individually created as they differ in size.

Have you considered taking it out to AutoCAD Structural Detailing and doing the RC detailing in there instead????
