Revit 2013 .dwf Plotting

I have a few oddities when it comes to .dwf printing.

Revit does not always seems to print what shows on the preview or actual sheet.

I have one set of families that shows filled regions correctly at sheet level, but when I go to export to .dwf, the filled regions have dsappeared.

I also have had a couple of projects where bollards (4" diameter) will display correctly at 1/4" = 1'-0" scale on the sheet, but will either not exprt to .dwf at all or will show as triangles on the .dwf.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this?
