Change dynamic block visibility with command line or lisp
I am looking for a way to change a blocks visibility via the command line so I can use it in a script file.
I have created a drawing stamp block with multiple text visibilities. I am currently in the process of issuing 600+ drawing for as-built and need to change the stamp block to the "asbuilt" visibility. In hindsight I can going to change the block to just attributes as I will make things a lot easier.
I have not been able to find any "command line" way to change visibilties. Is this something that could be done with a lisp routine??
thanks,
Gary

Yes it can be done with a lisp routine. Look for the chgdynprop routine in this thread on the Autodesk Discussion Groups

Worked like a charm! There are a lot of other useful dynamic block functions on that thread too. Thanks for sharing!
