Description:
Allow ECO comments to be searchable/reportable.
How Used:
We would like to generate reports based off of the ECO comments list. We would like to know the time between user approvals, find out what user approvals are hung up on, and better locate "lost" ECOs.
We process between 700-1000 ECOs annually (on track for 1200 this year) between 6 engineers and 20 approval staff.
