AutoCAD 2008 can't display Chinese fonts properly

When I opened the drawings with chinese fonts no problem can be displayed properly.
But when I installed a AutoCAD2008 version,open it the chinese fonts can't be properly displayed.
I noticed some of the drawing's code page is ANSI 1252, maybe it's the problem.
But why AutoCAD2007 no problem?
Any one can explain this?

Yes,Mike I copied all the fonts from AutoCAD 2007 to AutoCAD 2008.
The problem now is when I open it with AutoCAD 2007,no probelm at all,xref files with Chinese Fonts,the Chinese Fonts in the dwg file are all correctly displayed.
But when I open it with 2008 instead,AutoCAD 2008 can't properly displayed the chinese fonts in xref files and direltly in the drawing,it needs dwg codepage transfer from ANSI 1252 to 936,then it is OK.
I am running a WINXP PRO english version,and in fact the drawing with ANSI 1252 code page are
created by AutoCAD 2002.
So,I am wondering why...

It is simple,the drawing containing ANSI 1252 code page are created with AutoCAD 2002.
Open it with AutoCAD 2007 properly displayed the Chinese fonts but can't edit.
Open it with AutoCAD 2008 can not properly displayed and can not be edited.
After using dwg code page transfer both 2007/2008 can properly displayed and can be edit.
I mean in text edit conditions,the Chinese fonts also properly displayed.

But it's difficult between the relations between 2002/2007/2008.
Why using 2007 properly displayed but 2008 can not...
OK,I will upload the drawing tomorrow.
