I don't have the source for glue.lsp. Its protected. But you could write another lisp that turns off autosnap, calls glue, then resets autosnap.

I don't mean that. I mean I need the script to automatically find the adjacent collinear segments without having to select them manually. The snap part is no trouble (as long as I know about it).

I'm a little late in the game, but why don't you just use Overkill then explode all entities ?
