Exporting and Importing Custom Tool Pallets through Content Browser?

I've bee strugeling with importing Custom Tool Palettes on to other work stations. The files have been created local and exported to a sever, all file transfer including the atc. files. After instlation on other work stations, error message is looking for my C drive?
Transfer and copy catalog was check in the dialog prompts. For referance I follow this series of instructional video's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBGmhnzBI_w. Tried with several differant options, as well.
