Adobe PDF print settings fail on other office computers but work fine on mine

Hi guys,
I have a strange problem.

I was setting up templates and print settings in them.
All other actual printers work fine, but with Adobe PDF other users in the office get "print settings incompatible" error when selecting print options for Adobe PDF. Works fine on my computer.

They have Adobe PDF on their computers so I am unsure what is happening. Can there be a different version of Adobe PDF?
Losing my mind here.
