(2013) Any way of modifying default values of the new Stair Tread/Riser Number annotation?

Hi guys,
I love the new tool but it is frustrating that there is no obvious way of changing the default text size value which is 1.1906mm (yep that is the DEFAULT value).
Manually changing it every time is not the end of the world but it is getting somewhat annoying.

If I am just being blind please point me in the right direction.

There is not a control for this until after the annotation has been placed.
