Where to find the ShrinkWrap command?
Is this command still around...???
I prinked out "AutoCAD 2005 Tips & Tricks by Andrew Manninen"
It has a lot of great little tips but I couldn't find ShrinkWrap anywhere...
I'm using AutoCAD 2006 now and wanted to know if ShinkWrap is still around or
has it change it name...
I really like the idea of selecting an Arch building drawing and create a pline boundary of the outside with two steps...
Thanks
RE: Where to find the ShrinkWrap command?
I figured out where shrinkwrap went to.
When objects are selected, it can be found on the right-click menu in LDT.
The command is _aeclineworkshrinkwrap (you have to include the leading underscore). I confirmed that the command works in LDT, Land Enabled Map and Civil 3D in the 2006, 2007 and 2008 versions. It probably works in Architectural Desktop too.
Re: Where to find the ShrinkWrap command?
Thanks Jeff. I'm using Civ 3d 2015 and couldn't remember a co-worker using this to create a single boundary from tree canopies (just a single boundary from many bubbles).
I got the command to work as lineworkshrinkwrap
