OTRACK stop working in 3d

OTRACK works fine in 2d, stooped working in 3d. 3dpoly does not follow other lines directions. Extend it's stop working properly too.
After snapping to endpoint, it shows that it is extending, but extensions are happening in X & Y coordinates.
Anybody had this problem???
Spend 2 days finding a solution, can not find anything.

The newer versions require you to rotate the ucs when switching to a 3D view because it will only allow drawing on the x,y plane. When you switch to the left side view, for example, you will have to change the world ucs to left side. Hope this works for you.
