Some functions disabled in ExpressTools

Recently We upgraded to v2014 and I noticed that some of the ET functions are disabled.
For example, "MSTRETCH", "SUPERHATCH", "TFRAMES", "SHOWURLS", "BREAKLINE", "COPYM" and "FS" (fast select".
The "Express" tab is shown and the "EXPRESS" has been loaded as it is shown on the list in "Menuload" dialog.
I have also checked these routine files in the "Express" folder in the directory of "Program Files -> Autodesk ..."

Does anyone have similar issue?

My version: AutoCAD Mech 2014
Win7 64bit

Try this Start | Control Panel | Select AutoCAD Mech 2014 | Uninstall/Change | Add Remove Features | Next | Check Express Tools if it is Uncheck then click Update.
