Drag points to point groups.

Summary: Add the ability to to drag and drop points into point groups in the Prospector.

Description: I would like to be able to drag and drop points into point groups in the Prospector.

How Used: It would make it easier to separate newly created points into various existing point groups when additional topo information is collected or provided.

It would be great to select points in a drawing and be able to drag them to a point group in the prospector.

Currently you can only drag and drop points to a group from the Item View at the bottom of the prospector. To do this, pick the points collection, select the desired points in the Item View, pick on the cyan point symbol in the Item View and drag the points to the desired group.
