Are table styles created in AutoCAD 2006 compatible in 2010?
When I paste-special cells from Excel into 2010, they do not format to the table styles that have always used with AutoCAD 2006.
I appreciated any help.

I don't have access to AutoCAD2010 but I going to go out on a climb and say no. The reason is from AutoCAD2006 (saves as a 2004 format) to AutoCAD2010 (saves as a 2010 format) there have been two file format changes plus mega improvement in how tables operate and function. In fact, if you use the table command there should be a option to data-link the Excel file without having to use paste special. Try it that way and see if the formatting is better, other than that I think you may have to create new table styles.
AutoCAD 2008 introduced DataLinks which gives you a link between the AutoCAD table and the Excel data.
You may want to try creating the DataLink before placing the table. There are options in there for formatting, but you cannot select a specific table style. The formatting will usually be based on the formatting in Excel.
