Help: Can't save a FILTER selection set

Can someone please tell me why this is? Works great in 2008 but gives me this error in 2009. And yes I have full permission to the directory. Already double checked with my IT Admin. Thanks in advance for anyone who has an idea. Posted this at another forum with no luck.

Filter saves it to the 1st filter.nfl file it finds in the support paths. Sometimes this is not in the DWG's folder. So depending on where it finds the first filter.nfl it tries to save to that same file.

Now if your IT dept. has made a common server based settings folder and has this file in that place, it may have read-only access.
