I have a dedicated 3 pole "Special" receptacle that changes to 1 pole when I assign the panel to it. What's going on? It must be a setting I am missing. Any help is appreciated, the engineer wants the job finished TODAY.

Is the "number of poles" parameter an instance paramater?

Also, make sure the no. of poles of the connector is mapped to the no. of poles in the family.
Is the panel a 3-phase panel?
My electrical engineer is checking....
I'm referring to the panel in Revit. If the panel is not set to 3 phase it might not process the 3-pole outlet properly. Can you post your special receptacle family? I will place it in a project here and see what happens.
The panel "Electrical Data" is 208V/3-0 VA. The Distribution System Types is 120/208 Wye.
trythefly and cpinckney are you the same user? Just want to make sure the response from you is for the same problem trythefly is having. If those are true it should work please post the outlet family and I will take a look.
