    Default Electrical Single Line Diagrams

Is it possible to create single line diagrams in Revit MEP for electrical distribution systems? The only thing I can think of is importing my single line diagrams from CAD.

Revit allows you to draw lines and add text so you definitely can draw anything you want. Just add a blank page in the legends or drafting view and you can draft 2D there.

I actually created the single line elements such as panel, transformer, circuit breaker, etc. using the annotation family so that it is faster to generate my single line.

Import an AutoCAD single line, explode it, now manipulate it as you see fit. Crude but it works. It would be nice though if the single line was indicative of what lies in the model (ie. the transformer in the electrical room is represented on the single line...)
