    Default Sun Shadows on Elevations

Does anybody know if it is possible to extract or isolate the shadows that have been calculated by Revit?

We have a project that we are presenting on presentation panels. A rendered elevation is being worked on in photoshop/illustrator and now shadows need to be applied. As there has been a large amount of detail added into the adobe files it would be easier to overlay the shadows as a seperate layer as opposed to re exporting the elevation.

Here's a cheat. Make a hidden view where all model linework is set to white. I think you'll have the results you are looking for.

I had assumed from trying a dwg export earlier of a view with sun shadows that these do not export. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.

Aaron's clever solution probably meant to export image as jpg.

Indeed - or print to PDF which will open just fine in Photoshop.
