Default "Divide Surface" in Revit 2010

Does anyone know what this command is applicable to and when/where it would be used?

I'm working on our Office Shortcuts and this is one that I can't find anywhere in the new UI.

    ribbon:"ContextualTab-Divide-Divide Surface"

    Thanks

It is used in the conceptual modeling environment (new massing). It is the first step need to begin to rationalize and apply panels to the surface of a form.

It applies to the new 2010 conceptual massing, and can only be access when in the conceptual mass editor, or while in an in place mass family in a project.
