    Default Keynote schedule on sheet

    Help required please.

I need a keynote schedule on each sheet which contains only the keynote codes used n that sheet, not all the keynotes used in the project as there are thousands. How do I achieve this?

    Thanks in advance.

    From the knowledge base search:

It is possible to make keynote legends either sheet-specific or project-specific. By default, they are project-specific. Sheet-specific legends can be created by using a filter.

After creating the keynote legend, follow these steps to create a sheet-specific legend:

    1. In the Project Browser, under Schedules/Quantities, right-click your Keynote Legend. Click Properties.
    2. Under Other in the Element Properties dialog box, click the Edit button for the Filter parameter.
    3. Select Filter by sheet.
    4. Click OK to close each dialog box.
