    Default Fire Sprinkler

Does anyone know why the annotation symbol shows really big once the sprinkler is inserted into an RCP. But when you click on the family editor and then open the Annotation Family the Circle of the Annotation is only 9" Diameter?

    See attached Sprinkler Family

    Thanks

It is because it is not a detail component, but an Annotation Symbol. They stay the same size on the sheet, they do not scale with the object...

    OH! Thank you!

Now, I took care of that, and I still have one small issue. When I drop the revised sprinkler into the RCP, I have a unwanted inner circle. I would like to only see the larger outer circle. Does anyone know why I cant control the visibility of that?

    See attached.

    Thanks.

In the family editor select the unwanted circle and either delete it or go to element properties and turn off the visible check box.
