    Default Toolbar command preview

    Using Civil3d 2009. Normally when you hold cursor over an icon in a toolbar a preview of what function that toolbar icon does would appear on screen or in the bottom scroll bar. Osnap functions preview, but not toolbar functions.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

    Try this (I'm in Map 06, so I hope it's the same for you):
    In the Options dialog box, on the Display tab, turn Tool Tips on.
