Default Changing scale affects annotation arrows

Have you noticed that after you change the scale all the pointing arrows in the annotation got screw up? I found myself repairing each individual text to looks right. Is it a normal behaver?

Default Re: Changing scale affects annotation arrows

Text remains the same real word size, regardless of the scale, so you would always expect to reposition it if you make significant scale adjustments, however, the leader arrows should ( and do for me ) remain locked to their elements.
