    Default Edit Walkthrough Path

Is it possible to modify the path of a walkthrough after you've created it, saved, closed and reopened the model? Nothing is jumping out at me. I'd like to tweak a few things and dread having to redo it because it won't be the same path/ups/downs, etc...

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
open the project, double click on the Walkthrough in the project browser.
single left click on the perimeter / crop box of the walkthrough frame on the screen
    look up on the ribbon.
Select Edit Walkthrough - carry on.

    - To: edit the walkthrough path, select a Plan view
    - select the Walkthrough with a single click to highlight it.
Right mouse - select Show Camera.
the walkthrough path will appear in the plan view.
The Edit Walkthrough tools appear on the ribbon.
choose key frames etc. to do what you need to move them , change orientation of the camera etc.
Key frames will show up as Dots on the path, when choosing previous / next key frame, the camera will appear on the chosen key frame.

    regards

Editing the walkthrough path sounds simple but make sure you keep a 3D, section and plan view open, you will be able to see the path in all of them when it is highlighted. When a single key frame is moved the whole path approaching and leaving the key frame move with it - this includes adjacent keys.

Bottom line - you will have to adjust a lot more key frames than you think. Keep multiple views open to see how the path moves in all directions.

Seems backwards when the idea of a key is to fix a point along the path.
