Default Use Civil 3D Data in Fields

Summary: Make Civil 3D data available as field data.

Description: Simplify labeling of civil 3d objects by using Multileaders and fields.

How Used: Create a non-printing "reference object" that will dynamically gather civil 3d information about its location. i.e. station and offset from every available alignment, surface elevation, slope etc from surfaces it is over. Similar to the information you get as a tool tip next to your cursor.
This object would hold all of this information and make it available to be use in a field.
Rewrite the label commands to use the civil3d style to create a multileaders with the preset information referenced in as fields based on a reference object.
