Default .dwg Revisions and Fastlook 2009 Redlining

    So here's the scenario:

We have our .dwg's and view them in Fastlook 2009 to Redline a few things. Save the file and now when you open the .dwg, it will show the redlining.

When one of our engineers needs to revise the drawing, they will change the name of the file to xxxRevA. This throws off the redlining. So instead of them changing the filename, which needs to stay the same for the redlining to stay put, is there a way to show that it is a revision other than in the file name? Whatever the change, I need it to be visible from the Windows Explorer window so that the field techs aren't opening all of the drawings to see what revision it is.

I don't think it is necessary to replicate your question in the forum.
