Default Title block note for record drawings when using outside contractor

    Hi,

I'm being asked to help develop a note to be placed in our record drawing title block when we use and outside contractor who is responsible for signing and sealing record drawings. The note is to help convey that the drawing was prepared by an outside contractor and the information they provided is believed to be true and accurate.

Does anyone have examples that I might be able to read?

    Thanks
    Teresa

We use along the lines of:

Information shown on this drawing was provided by blank. your company take no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the as built information provided to us.

You can word it any which way, as long as its clear that your company is absolved of liability of the information provided.
