Default Duct Riser Clearance & Beveled Tap

    I have two questions,

    1. How can you add or show clearance space around a duct riser in a shaft. I can draw lines, but this does not work well. I need to show a dashed lines 6" around all my risers.

    2. I have a duct riser, and I have a duct takeoff on a floor, when I connect the duct to the riser, the beveled tap is either going to the left , or to the right, how can you get the beveled tap to go vertically upwards.

    1. If the lines are just for graphic purpose and not being used for conflict, I would just use detail lines. You can offset 6" and trace your risers.

    2. You have to rotate the segment of duct connected to the HET fitting in section.
