Default Can't copy selection to non-storey Level

Please see attached Revit warning... Can anyone tell me what this means, and if it's possible to change a non-story level to a "regular" storey level.

I am copying wall tags from one level to another and the levels basically contain the same modeled geometry. On one level, the copy and paste works - and on the other level it does not.

Just want to know why and what it means... nothing listed in the help menu...

    Thanks

Look at the Levels in a Section or elevation. IS one black and one Blue? If this is the case, the black one does not have a plan created from it. I believe these are reffured to as Non Story Levels. This occurs because someone duplicates the "First Floor plan, and changed the cut plane settings to shoe the second floor. This is not the same as createing a new plan off of the second floor level.

Thanks Scott, yes that was the issue. When I went back to the blue levels or "source levels" as I am starting to call them (or our working views), I saw all of the tags that I copied over from my earlier attempts which I thought were failing!

Guess I have more clean up to do now, but that won't be too difficult.

    Thanks again...

Another thing to check if you get this message is the view range. If you have the level above set with a negative value in the Primary Range and the View Depth, you may get this message regardless of how the plan views were generated.

Set the view range back to associated level with the floor to floor heights of the levels and the copy/paste will work again.

If that doesn't work, recreating the callout will allow the copy/paste.
