How do I delete a revision from the revision schedule?

I was showing some one how to make a new revision and after I added a new revision it removed all of the ones i had already shown which still have the cloud and symbol turned on and not checked issued. How do I delete the new revision i just made? also both revisions are on a per sheet basis not per project.

You can't delete a revision, but you can merge it with another revision. So if you created a Revision 2, you can select it in the revision box, then hit the "Merge Up" button to combine it with Revision 1. Read the warnings (so you know) and hit okay. Any clouds on the merged revision will remain, but will be a part of Revision 1.
