Revit Structure and Autodesk Revit Structure

Hi I wonder why there is a Autodesk Revit structure and a Autocad Revit Structure suite

what are there main difference?

They are the same thing. Revit Structure is made by Autodesk.

I saw in the product brochure of Autocad Revit Strucutre suite it contains the autocad and the autocad detailing so is that only the main differences?

If I purchase Revit Structure it is only plain revit no autocad?

"Revit Structure" is just that. It is the only program that you will get.
However, if you want or need ACAD then you will want to purchase the Suite version. The price difference is usually negligable and the same with the Subscription fee. (i would go with the suite)
