Default Vertical Reveals for Running Bond Pattern

I have a wall type with horizontal reveals for the metal panels; I need to add the vertical reveals. My problem is that the panels are a running bond type pattern so I need to skip every other panel with the reveal. Is there a way to just run a reveal from one horizontal reveal to the next or to split a reveal so I can take out the sections I don't need? Some of the reveals even run through opens in the wall to complicate things further. All I am trying to do is panelize my wall.

You can add the vertical reveals wherever you need them and shorten/lengthen them to your hearts content. Add them as instances rather than defining in the wall type.

Another method would be to use a curtain wall for this condition. We've had success doing exactly as you describe.....the mullions act as the reveals and can be trimmed/removed/broken in a running bond manner.

I would use a Curtain Wall too and embed the wall type in it.

    Bingo.

Just make the mullion the sealant between panels and you get real nice joints. Elevation and plan. You could actually do a curtain wall panel and detail it with returns and all the panel detail. But using a wall as the panel is fast and easy.
