    Default Copy/Monitor and renaming Levels:

    Hi Everyone,

We have a project set up where the grids and levels are copy/monitored from an "origin" file into respective structural and architectural files.

I wanted to rename some of the levels in the origin file, but when I reload the file, the names don't change.

Is there possibly some kind of setting to use when the initial copy/monitor is established, or is it just better practice to not rename the levels..?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

When you do a coordination you should see a name changed, that will take care of renaming it in your host file.
But yes i would try to avoid renaming levels

    Thanks, D

I tested it again and it works... so I have to figure out what went wrong the first time...

    Thanks for your help...
