Default Plotting Wipeout objects from Paperspace

When I plot a layout which contains wipeouts, the paper copy shows the wipeouts as transparent even though the plot preview correctly shows these wipeouts. I have made sure that the 'Plot paperspace last' box is not ticked.
I am using ACAD 2005 at the moment, but this problem has been with me in ACAD 2000 and 2004; in fact I never successfully plotted a wipeout.
I'm using an EnCAD CadJet2 plotter with a Heidi driver provided by EnCAD specifically for ACAD 2005.
Even if I plot to DWF6, I still get this problem.
    Any ideas ???

    Hi

Have a browse of the following thread -

    Background Mask and HP plotters

    +

I've personally found it really shouldn't matter if "Plot Paperspace Last" Check Box is ticked or not; the important thing is correct Draworder BUT as Standard I have "Plot Paperspace Last" ticked "On".

Here we have no problem with Plotting drawings that contain Wipeout's in Paperspace (Layout), if possible we always set-up our output devices within AutoCAD to use Heidi Drivers.

    Have a good one, Mike

I'm still having this problem. I have the correct drivers installed, my draworder is correctly set and I've tried adjusting the merge control in the pc3 file. I've viewed the thread, also.
One thing worth noting: In the same drawing where I have used wipeouts, I have also used 'background mask' within the mtext command. These masked text objects plot perfectly.

    Hi

Could it be just a "bad" drawing file (so to speak) OR does this issue / problem occur in all your drawing files?

    Have a good one, Mike
