Default Block with Alignment and Rotation

I created a dyn block to help do my bends on a line. I created it with a rotate command on one end to make the appropriate bend angle to that portion of the block, but i have an alignment command on the other end to have it aligned with the line you are bending from. The problem I'm having is when it aligns to that line the rotate properties are lost. I have to re-input the scale X,Y,Z to bring them back. Any ideas??

    Thanks,

When you are in the block editor, have you changed the toggle that always forces the block to lock the scale factors together?
Sometimes, i get lost in my own thoughts and need to ask directions to find my way back.
