HVAC Zone Trouble

I've been trying to set up HVAC zones in Revit MEP2010 for our 100%SD submission.

I Set up the majority of the zones except i have run into a few problems. I've noticed that a few rooms cause issues when i add them to the zone. What basically happens is the Zone color no longer shows up after these spaces are added. Instead i get a small square in another area with the zone color.

I attached a specific example. Basically before adding the zone & then after

Also in another area i am having the same issue. the only difference is that the zone colors don't show at all. These rooms are odd in shape and extend several floors.

does anyone have ideas as the the cause of this problem?

My coworker and I had a similar problem on two separate jobs. I believe it is a graphical error. It will fix itself on its own, hopefully before you have to print.

Also, make sure the spaces are on the correct zone, regardless of what the color fill tells you. If they are on the correct zone, eventually, the color fill will work itself out.

Really? Not exactly the reason i was expecting but hopefully it will fix itself sooner than later then.
