Default Room Bounding Walls NOT Bounding Rooms??

    Hello,

I am having an issue with consistency on a multi-story project with regards to walls and rooms. Basically, we have an exterior curtain wall skin, and inboard of that is a low (3'-0") knee wall. My issue is that I want my room boundary to go to the low wall, not to the glazing. This is working on some floors but not on others - and I cannot for the life of me figure out what is different between these floors. Both walls are the same type, height, room bounding. The rooms on both levels have the same base offset. The views have the same cut plane and view depth. I really don't know where to look for why these walls are bounding rooms on one level and not others. I would really appreciate any help with this. Thanks!

    I have attached 2 images.
Image 1 is how it should appear in Plan - with the curtain wall out board of the 3' wall, and the 3' wall acting as the room bounding element.
Image 2 is how it is showing up on some levels, which is not correct

I'd appreciate any help, thank you!

Can't think straight away why, but stuff I would check in the meantime:

Phases, walls room bounding tickbox's, room area calculation heights, walls location alignment.. usual stuff really..

There is a Room Computational height. This can be set at some height other than 4'-0" above he level. Do a search in the help for where this is. I beleve where it is at changed from 2009 to 2010 versions. I'm in 2010 at the moment.

    Scott -

    Thanks, that worked!

However, I am still stumped on one thing:

All levels were set using the same family, all levels had a room computation set to "automatic" (which I assume is the default of 4'-0") However, it seemed that my Levels 1-4 were not reading the 3'-0" walls, and my Levels 5-6 were reading them propoerly. This would have made sense if they had a different room computation, but all levels were the same.
So strange...I still don't understand why some worked and others didn't, but they all seem to be working now.

    Thanks!
