User Line Types in MapGuide Enterprise

In the attached screenshot you can see a user line types, created in the project AutoCAD Map3D (Oracle Database). Is it possible (and how) to create (download) the same line types in the Map Guide Enterprise?
Such necessity is caused by the basic requirement of the Customer
to have possibility to look through the map on his corporate site,
to be able to print it with saving of all styles of lines and symbols.

Yes it's possible, telling you how takes more than I can explain here. You may want to ask for help on the OSGEO.org site for MGOS.

is very good. Is it possible to create the described styles in
Commercial version Autodesk MapGuide Enterprise (2009, 2010)? If it is possible in the commercial version - will the experienced user be able to carry out the
problem on the style creation or it is required to involve
the programmer who knows about .NET and ASP?"

Yes it's possible in the MGE version. A little xml skills and if you ever created shape files (autocad shapes not ESRI) for standard autocad with a text editor you're 90% there. I have a couple PDF files that explain it however they are watermarked with the standard "confidentiality" or Not for Public Use or such so I can not share them.
