Default Dual Xeon x5365 Processors, Revit Renderer using one core of the four??!

Our Machines are only using one of four cores to render in Revit.. Am I missing a switch or something? Usually Revit Renderer uses all four cores with a single-quad core cpu. This is not the case using the Dual Xeons. It seems that the renderer only thinks one core exists out of the four.

    Revit is single-threaded. Sorry.

when rendering check the affinity of the render process and make sure its on all available and not just one.
