Cool Civil 3D 2010 Profile Data Reference

We just up graded from Civil 3D 2009 to 2010 and I seem to be having troubles creating a data reference for the profile layouts. I created a data reference for the alignment, and the profile information for existing ground and proposed road in the main drawing, but I am having troubles getting it to reference into a plan and profile drawing. I created a reference to the data in the plan and profile drawing, but for some reason the proposed layout doesn't want reference (the create reference for the proposed layout is grayed out in the "data reference"), the existing grade and alignment come in just fine. In the tool space it shows that I have the existing, but not the proposed.

Does anyone know what might be causing this, or am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks,
    Jon

I figured it out... the drawing was corrupted from upgrading from 2009. All set now!

How did you fix the corrupted drawing? Was an audit enough or did you have to do more?

I had to start the drawing over with the template from 2010. I think 2010 didn't like the template from 2009. I wasn't that far in the project for it to really matter much.

    Thanks
