These errors are back even after the updating: ASD 2010 SP1 and hotfix2

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x03b8 Exception at 17e232edh

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x3d688a38 Exception at 41703eh

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c0000417h Exception at 7858c955h

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7c812aebh

What are you trying to do when error occur?
ASD 2010 SP2 is out. it fixes a lot of things reported by users (send those error reports).

I would suggest putting in a support request, as most users will have no idea of what those codes mean.

Please find below how this type of error occurs in terms of Q and A:

Q: what option do you use?
A: Reinforcement module, most of modification options.

Q: what version of ASD do you use?
A: ASD 2010

Q: what are your computer parameters?
A: Pentium(R) D CPU 3.40GHz
3.39 GHz, 3.24 GB of RAM
Physical Address Extension (The actual RAM is 5 GB)

Q: Please give a scenario to get Fatal Error
A: All the fatal errors are coming when the modification is in progress.
For example, if you want to change the "user description" with another value not shown in the related drop down menu. Also when changing the spacing between existing bars distribution pattern.

The most repeated error is:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c0000417h Exception at 7858c955h

Now send this with you dwg file to ASD support. Sometimes it can be corrupted dwg.

P.S. Have you ASD SP2 installed?

1- This type of error occurs even if the file is new (starting to draw from scratch).

2- SP2 is issued for other problems related to AutoCAD 2010 - English, please refere to the "read me" file attached to the SP2.
