Pile, Caps & Gradebeams

I am fairly new to Revit structure and I am attempting to do a foundation with pier(Piles), pier caps & gradebeams.
Item 1 - I found the pile cap with steel piles. I would like to be able to use concrete piers. As of yet I have not been able to find a way to create a system family. From what I have read a user cannot do that. So I am asking for a concrete pier family with reinforcement properties. i.e. what size of cage bars and vertical bars.

Item 2 - Pier caps. We often use offset pier caps. I have not found a way to create a pier cap that is offset from the center of the pier.

Item 3 - Grade beams. A grade beam designation would be useful for scheduling and reinforcing. Because pier cap reinforcing often extends into grade beams, an extension property built into piers would be useful.

There are some pile caps as well, and once you get into Revit you end up tweaking the supplied families to suit your needs, see attached jpg
