Robot instalation problem
hello all,
i had installed Robot professional 2011 x64, it ran ok. today the program present some bugs and i unistalled. then i used my disk to install Robot professional 2011 32bits. it seems all ok. when i openned a robot file (it was resent file, delivered project) i wanted to run but i found after i ran today that robot does not recognize shells (walls and slabs) it has an error (Not Material) and then i found that the meshing option changed too. now it does not allow to have the advance tool.
few hours ago i unistalled (i used REVO UNINSTALLER) to remove all, included Registry. i went to RegEdit too. then i reinstalled again, now x64 version. and gave me the same problem.
what can be wrong now???
do i missed some steps?

fig5 we can see now the shell does not have thickness. i tried to give, but the program did not allowed.
