Would your fix work for me?

I do not have HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{34d71ea5-7e74-4bb5-84da-fd59b4f63c52}\InProcServer32 in my registry editor.

Should I look for different key?

I would appreciate help very much, since dragging objects through tool palletes is not an option for us.
Lesya, the fix ought to work for you too. Search for AcInetEngineps18.dll as data only in the registry. BACK UP THE REG BEFORE EDITING!

As long as the data found is in the classes root and has the same key, you should be able to edit it to the 16 version. Again, backup the registry before editing!

Good day all. I wonder if the issue I have been having is similar to this one?
I've been trying to install Plant3D on my machine at home & it gets to the end & all items are RED X. Did not install. My error code is 1603 & then it has also been 0
Please help. I have been in several posts at Autodesk but nothing has worked yet.
The next thing I was going to try is to change the User Account Control to "never notify"
Thanks for any advise or help on the issue.
    Mark
