    Default "To freely edit this file in Demo/Viewer mode..." message

    What does this mean? (see attached image file)

    I got this in an email from a user - no other information was forwarded (unfortunately).

    It means that user has there Revit software set to Demo/viewer mode and because you are not allowed to edit anything in this mode Revit thinks he is trying to make changes because just opening a Revit file with worksharing enabled will cause the user to automatically "borrow" the view it is in and that is considered a change.
