3 Things I would really like to see in the next Revit:

    1) Kitchen Cabinets by sweep.
    - Why can't we pick a style and then place it by either selecting a wall or drawing it's length, with automatic corner cleanup. Revit is supposed to be a 3D modelling program, but kitchen cabinets are so painful I draw them all in 2D. This does not help impress my clients.

    2) Room LxW option.
    - I know I've read everyone say you can't do it - what happens if the room is not rectangular. But I say they can do it in 'lesser' programs like chief architect and softplan, so why should I resign myself to it being too hard in a program worth twice as much?

    3) In the Area Plans I would like an option to calculate to the face of exterior core rather than to the face of the exterior finish.

Are you talking cabinets or countertops? Cabinets are way easy with proper libraries. If it is countertops - I can make a few suggestions.
