If I change the scale of an image, any dimensions associated with the image also change. How do I scale an image and keep the dimensions the same?
So for example your image is too small and you want to scale it up.
You should select just the image and not the dimensions (turn off the dimensions layers and text layers)
-Scale
-Pick Reference (Reference - scaling of two points to the specific value that you input)
-Then pick two points (example pick the bottom of the concrete (point a) then pick the top of the concrete (point b)
-Then enter a new value for how wide or high you want the image to show
-That should scale the image for you to scale or almost to scale.
Then you can properly move your dimensions/text into place.
Note: your image might get big and you will have to use a different scale for that detail, so you might have to change your dimension and text scale also.
