Families Guide not working.

Just tried downloading the families guide, following the instructions of the readme file, etc. Got to point 8 - Open Revit Arch 2010, tried to access the families guide. An image of what I now have is (hopefully) attached. I can open the menus on the left, but I can only ever see the "navigation cancelled" image in the right frame of the families guide help window.

Does anyone have an idea what my problem is and / or how to get this families guide working properly?

Are you using Vista? Browse to your Revit Program folder and right click the chm file for properties. Click Unblock near the bottom as shown in the image below. Hope that helps

Sorry, I forgot to say I'm using Windows XP. Regardless, I found the chm file with an unblock button in the properties and clicked it, and it worked.
