Default Locking Ovals to Ref Plans

I am creating oval sinks for the office and am unable to flex the depth dimension of the ellipse. the length parameter works just fine. From what I can tell, there does not appear to be a way to lock the edges of the ellipse to the ref planes.

I have the center marks and focus marks turned on and have locked the center mark to the H & V ref planes.

Is there anything else I am missing?

Select the ellipse, then go to the element properties and check Center Mark Visible and Focus Marks Visible. Then you can constrain to those marks and while the ellipse is still selected you can turn the temp dimension into actual dimensions and add labels to drive them from a parameter.
