    Make sure you have the right year of Content Browser open. I have used this method since ADT 2006. if you have mutilple versions of cad sometimes it will open a different year of content browser by accident.

    Also, onces its set up on your computer make a profile, export and use the profile as well. It will set the Folder paths, and other things that help.
